Certified Pressure Testing and Inspection for Aircraft Safety Equipment
Plane-Care’s Hydrostatic Testing Shop operates under EASA Part-145 and DOT approvals, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and OEM requirements. All hydrostatic pressure testing is performed by authorized certifying staff using calibrated equipment in controlled workshop conditions, strictly in accordance with approved maintenance data (AMM, CMM, SRM, as applicable).
Scope of Services
We provide testing, inspection, overhaul, and re-certification for:
Fire extinguishers and fire bottles
Oxygen bottles
Escape slide cylinders
Pressure vessels and associated assemblies
All work is released with appropriate EASA Form 1 certification and comprehensive back-shop reports.
